COMPANY DEVELOPMENT

History

SKAMER was established in 1987 as a private limited liability company based in Tarnów.

The company’s business profile included industrial measurement and automation services, carpentry services, and clothing sales. In 1990, the business was divided and the following company was established:

Przedsiębiorstwo Usługowo-Produkcyjne “SKAMER-ACM” Sp. z o.o.

SKAMER Development and Innovation

The company expanded its operations from designing measurement systems through assembly, installation, commissioning, and warranty and post-warranty service.

In 1992, it began selling automation components and electrical equipment, and in 1993, a branch was established in Krakow.

In 2003, the ISO 9001 Quality Management System was implemented and subsequently updated. In subsequent years, the company developed laboratories, OEM prefabrication, industrial software, and the AUTOMATION CATALOG platform.

Effective May 1, 2025, changes occurred in the management board: Andrzej Turak assumed the position of President, Dariusz Jarosz became Vice President, and Zygmunt Jarosz received the title of Honorary President.
